Position Overview

MARKETING MANAGER - AESTHETICS, WELLNESS AND REGENERATIVE MEDICINE

My Clinic, Beauty & Medispa is a registered aesthetic clinic located at Damansara Utama/Uptown. The company deals with a large range of medical aesthetic machines, professional skincare products, facial and spa services for ladies. Newly opened with huge potential and steep growth, we are seeking creative, ambitious and energetic individuals.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and optimize marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyze market trends and prepare forecasts.
• Devise effective digital marketing strategy to drive traffic and lead generation to drive revenue.
• Create brand and MyClinic product and service awareness via digital campaigns.
• Plan and develop marketing strategy with stakeholders such as Operation Manager, General Manager and Managing Directors.
• Develop quarterly and annual marketing calendars and budgets.
• Plan, create and manage all campaigns across digital channels (paid search, programmatic display, mobile marketing, social media management, email marketing).
• Prepare and present final deliverables and reports to senior management.
• Promote MyClinic brand at trade shows and major industry events.
• Review new technologies and keep at the forefront of digital marketing strategies.
• Excellent inbound marketing and article writing (English) capability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3‑5 years of marketing experience in a fast‑moving business environment.
• Experience with lead generation, building and developing large online communities.
• Expertise with digital marketing platforms like Aoikumo, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram.
• Independent, resourceful and driven.
• Passionate about technology.
• Good results and demonstrated experience with digital marketing.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Mandarin and Malay (written and spoken).
