Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute end-to-end marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, market penetration, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate has solid experience in FMCG or beauty marketing, with hands‑on exposure to skincare brands being a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business objectives
  • Lead brand positioning, campaign planning, and product launches across online and offline channels
  • Manage ATL, BTL, and digital marketing initiatives including social media, KOLs, influencers, PR, and events
  • Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and product teams to ensure integrated execution
  • Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and competitors to identify growth opportunities
  • Manage marketing budgets, ROI tracking, and campaign performance reporting
  • Oversee agencies, creative partners, and external vendors
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5–6 years of marketing experience, preferably in FMCG, beauty, or skincare industry
  • Strong understanding of skincare products, consumer behavior, and beauty trends (added advantage)
  • Proven experience in campaign management, brand building, and product launches
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
Preferred Skills
  • Influencer / KOL marketing experience
  • Trade marketing & retail execution knowledge
  • Experience working with regional or distributor-led markets
