A leading service provider in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and implement their annual marketing strategies. The role involves managing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, conducting market research, and guiding the marketing team. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with 3–5 years of leadership experience and a strong understanding of digital tools. Develop and implement the company’s annual marketing strategies and plans.
Manage and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including social media, advertising, promotions, and events.
Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends, market opportunities, and competitors’ activities.
Strengthen and maintain the company’s brand image and positioning.
Lead, guide, and supervise the marketing team and external agencies (if applicable).
Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports to the management team.
Manage and control the marketing budget efficiently and effectively.
Plan and execute strategies to increase sales, customer engagement, and market reach.
Work closely with the sales team to achieve overall company targets.
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, including team leadership experience.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, social media marketing).
Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently.
Experience in a relevant industry (e.g., F&B, retail, manufacturing, services).
Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe, CRM systems, or other marketing software.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
