A dynamic café operator in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a proactive Marketing Manager to lead all marketing activities. You will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns, managing social media platforms, and maintaining brand consistency. The ideal candidate should have 2-4 years of marketing experience in F&B or hospitality, strong content creation skills, and be self-motivated. This role requires a hands-on approach with on-site duties at the café, making it ideal for someone passionate about the F&B industry.
We’re looking for a proactive, hands‑on Marketing Manager to lead and execute all marketing activities for our café. This role is ideal for someone who understands F&B trends, can create engaging content, drive footfall, and execute campaigns from start to finish.
Plan, create, and execute monthly marketing campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness.
Develop promotional ideas for new menu launches, seasonal items, and events.
Coordinate and manage influencer collaborations, media reviews, and partnerships.
Ensure all marketing activities align with café brand guidelines.
Manage all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook).
Capture content (photos, videos, Reels/TikToks) directly in-store.
Write captions, schedule posts, and monitor engagement.
Respond to customer messages and comments in a timely manner.
Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
Work with the team to ensure in‑store materials (signage, posters, menus) are always updated.
Assist with product packaging, printed collateral, and promotional displays.
Run and monitor digital ads (Facebook/Instagram).
Track and analyse performance data — weekly and monthly reports.
Optimize campaigns based on results to maximize reach and sales.
Establish collaborations with local brands, communities, and events.
Handle influencer/creator bookings, product send‑outs, and follow‑ups.
Build strong relationships with customers and partners.
Work closely with the café manager and kitchen team for menu promotions and photography days.
Oversee inventory for marketing materials, props, and product shoot items.
Support on‑ground marketing activities, pop‑ups, and special events.
2–4 years of experience in marketing (preferably F&B, lifestyle, hospitality, or retail).
Strong hands‑on skills in content creation (photo/video).
Proficient in social media trends and platforms.
Basic design skills (Canva/Adobe).
Experience running and monitoring paid ads is a plus.
Strong communication and copywriting skills.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Must be willing to work on‑site at the café when needed.
