Join Goodnite as Our Next Marketing Manager

For over 30 years, Goodnite has been a trusted name in home furnishings and bedding, with more than 30 outlets, 8 retail stores, and hundreds of nationwide dealers. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Marketing Manager who can take our brand and campaigns to the next level.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that align with company objectives and drive measurable sales and brand growth.

Plan, control, and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient spending and maximum ROI across all campaigns.

Lead digital marketing initiatives, staying updated on the latest trends, tools, and platforms to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.

Oversee brand management, CSR, PR, and event marketing activities to strengthen the corporate image and public engagement.

Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments (sales, product, retail, and network marketing) to ensure cohesive marketing execution.

Manage and evaluate external partners, agencies, and vendors to ensure deliverables meet company standards and objectives.

Mentor and guide the marketing team to foster creativity, accountability, and performance excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Monitor and analyze campaign results, market trends, and consumer insights to recommend strategic improvements.

Prepare and present marketing reports and performance updates to senior management.

Respond effectively to fast-changing market conditions, demonstrating agility and problem-solving in last-minute or high-pressure situations.

Work on any ad-hoc task assigned by superior.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 7–10 years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role.

Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, PR, CSR, and event marketing (preferably in retail, FMCG, or lifestyle industries).

Strong understanding of digital and social media marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, analytics, content strategy, etc.).

Demonstrated ability to plan and manage marketing budgets efficiently with clear ROI measurement.

Creative and strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Chinese proficiency is required to communicate with stakeholders.

Capable of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling last-minute changes and tight deadlines with composure.

Strong leadership and team management skills, able to motivate and develop a diverse marketing team.

Proactive, resourceful, and result-oriented with a passion for staying ahead of the latest market and digital trends.

What’s a Day Like as Our Marketing Manager?

Your day starts from 8.30 am to 6.00 pm, Monday to Friday — filled with creativity, collaboration, and purposeful action.

You’ll be working with a dynamic and supportive marketing team that brings ideas to life, backed by a Group Managing Director who values creativity, initiative, and smart execution.

Expect to dive into both ATL (Above-The-Line) and BTL (Below-The-Line) marketing strategies — from brand campaigns and digital ads to on-ground activations and CSR initiatives.

You’ll also collaborate closely with a group of passionate agencies and partners, brainstorming fresh ideas and executing impactful campaigns that truly move the brand forward — all while keeping a sharp eye on budget and ROI.
