A leading marketing firm in Johor Bahru is seeking a Marketing Manager to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance market share and sales. The ideal candidate should have a degree in marketing or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience, preferably in the FMCG or food industry. This role requires strong communication and presentation skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office. The company offers opportunities to lead impactful marketing campaigns and collaborate across departments.
Create respective Product Positioning Strategy (that enlarges the Market Share & Sales Volume; Identify and Exploring Potential New Market Channel)
Market Research through Online and Offline: to understand the Market Place, Market Share, Competitor's Strategy, Defining Target Audience, Consumer's Behaviors & Needs
Plan Marketing Campaign's Schedule (Seasonal - [Chinese New Year, Hari Raya, Year End-Sales], Half Yearly, Yearly), Marketing Budget Allocation over different Product Category
Executing and Monitoring Marketing Campaigns / Promotions that significantly drives Sales
Coordinating, Guiding the Sales Team that relatively drives the effectiveness of the Marketing Campaigns
Evaluating the effectiveness (ROI, whether Sales Increased by figure or by volume [e.g comparing previous year/month event]) of the Respective Done Marketing Campaigns, and Keep Filling and Record
Liaise with all different related - departments, teams and companies
Weekly Reporting to Superior for Updating & Presenting Marketing Campaign’s Status& Performance
Interim Work that assigned by Superior
Degree in Marketing and business or related field
At least have 5 years experiences in this field (relevant to FMCG, Food industry and supermarket experience would take advantage)
Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Excellent in communication and presentation
Critical Thinking and in-depth planning skills
