We are looking for a proactive and creative Marketing Executive to support our marketing activities and brand growth. You will assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing social media content, and coordinating promotional activities for our confectionery products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support full product lifecycle management from development to post-launch.
  • Maintain brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Assist in planning and executing integrated ATL/BTL/digital marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate new product development (NPD) including packaging, specifications, and launch activities.
  • Assist in managing partnerships and licensing opportunities.
  • Provide administrative and daily operational support for the marketing team.
  • Analyze consumer insights, market trends, and category opportunities.
  • Conduct competitor benchmarking on pricing, promotions, and market shifts.
  • Review monthly sales performance to identify brand growth opportunities.
  • Manage marketing budget tracking, forecasting, and ROI evaluation.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly performance reports for management.
  • Work with Sales to execute trade marketing activities and ensure “Perfect Store” standards.
  • Develop POS materials and promotional mechanics to drive trial and purchase.
  • Support in-store promotions, merchandising, and secondary display executions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Sales, Production, R&D, and Finance to ensure alignment on marketing plans.
  • Support demand planning, product availability, and field activations.
  • Assist in resolving supply, execution, or operational challenges.
Requirements
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years experience are encouraged to apply
  • Good communication and writing skills
  • Familiar with social media platforms and basic digital marketing
  • Creative, enthusiastic, and able to work in a team
