A leading medical tools manufacturer based in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Executive. This role involves planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns in a regional B2B context. Fresh graduates with qualifications in marketing are welcome to apply. Your future employer is a Japanese Medical manufacturer specialising in high-quality surgical devices and instruments, dental products, and optical tools. They are currently looking for a Marketing Executive with background of digital marketing and interested in performing regional marketing and eCommerce with a B2B environment to join their marketing team.

Job Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms for local and regional markets.

Provide virtual marketing support to regional distributors and sales teams in Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, and Thailand.

Adapt global and regional marketing materials to suit local market needs while maintaining brand consistency.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Coordinate with internal teams and regional stakeholders to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.

Manage lead generation activities across digital channels for local and regional markets.

Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate lead and customer information.

Coordinate lead follow-ups with local and regional sales teams to support conversion.

Prepare basic marketing and lead performance reports for management and regional stakeholders.

Support marketing activities for eCommerce platforms and online distributors, including product listings, promotions, and digital campaigns.

Coordinate internally to ensure accurate product content, visuals, and information on eCommerce platforms.

Assist in tracking online campaign performance, customer engagement, and sales trends.

Support online product launches and promotional activities across supported regional markets.

Product Sample Management (Local – Malaysia Only)

Coordinate the distribution of product samples within Malaysia only for sales activities, marketing campaigns, and local events.

Track local sample inventory, usage, and feedback.

Support internal reporting related to product sampling activities.

Event & Marketing Activity Support

Assist in organizing local marketing events, exhibitions, and promotional activities in Malaysia.

Provide virtual support for selected regional events, including preparation of marketing materials and post-event reporting.

Coordinate with vendors, internal teams, and partners to ensure smooth execution of marketing activities.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years of relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, SEO, paid advertising).

Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).

Interest in regional marketing and eCommerce within a B2B environment.

Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-border teams virtually.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Is proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

Familiarity with CRM systems, analytics tools, or eCommerce platforms is an advantage.

Interested in Digital and regional marketing coordination, eCommerce marketing support, Lead generation and CRM management, Local product sample coordination.

Has Event support and project management.

Strong written and verbal communication.

Analytical and reporting skills.

Team collaboration in a regional, virtual working environment.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday (9:00AM - 18:00PM) | (Core time 10:00 - 16:00 8h + 1h lunch break)
