Job description

Responsibilities (include but not limited to) are as follows:

Assist in planning and executing 360° marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.

Manage content calendars, ensure timely posting, and maintain brand consistency.

Coordinate with designers, videographers, and external vendors to support campaign development.

Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and provide optimisation recommendations.

Support clinic promotions, product launches, and event marketing initiatives.

Conduct market research and competitive analysis.

Maintain accuracy and quality of content across all platforms.

Lead "employer of choice" campaigns and digital storytelling.

Work closely with the HR team to plan and manage recruitment ads, career posts, and candidate engagement.

Produce staff testimonials, culture videos, and workplace highlights.

Oversee HR-specific pages, content scheduling, and community hygiene.

Develop digital strategies to improve candidate reach and experience.

Assist with visuals, copy, and videos for clinic promotions.

Provide ideation for star treatments and influencer collaborations.

Support overall clinic campaigns and research as needed.

Assist with studio planning and travel for content shoots.

Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.

Comfortable appearing on camera and representing the brand.

Strong understanding of social media trends and engagement strategies.

Must be able to speak and read mandarin to create mandarin-language content.

Creative, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
