We are an established and growing dental healthcare group seeking a Marketing Executive (Branding & Communications) to strengthen our corporate brand, patient experience, and internal communications—within Malaysia’s healthcare advertising regulations.

This role focuses on brand integrity, creativity, and storytelling, rather than promotional marketing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Uphold and develop brand identity, visual standards, and tone of voice across all clinics
  • Produce non-promotional, compliance-friendly content (corporate, educational, employer branding)
  • Manage branding materials, clinic signage, and environmental branding
  • Support patient journey and experience design from a branding perspective
  • Coordinate internal communications, presentations, and corporate materials
  • Work closely with clinical, operations, and management teams to ensure brand consistency and regulatory compliance
  • Support community initiatives, professional events, and internal culture-building activities
Requirements
  • Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Design, or related fields
  • Minimum 1–3 years experience in marketing or branding (healthcare experience is an advantage)
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, copywriting, and brand storytelling
  • Detail‑oriented with good project coordination skills
