Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Business Support
  • Support marketing and sales activities for B2B manufacturing customers
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and product information
  • Coordinate customer communication on product offerings, specifications, and timelines
  • Support new customer onboarding and business development initiatives
  • Maintain customer records, pricing information, and order documentation
Customer Order & Delivery Coordination
  • Act as the main coordination point between customers and internal departments
  • Oversee order processing from purchase order receipt to delivery completion
  • Coordinate with production planning, QA, and logistics to meet customer requirements
  • Monitor production and delivery schedules and update customers on status
  • Handle customer inquiries related to order status, delivery, and documentation
  • Support resolution of delivery delays, quality issues, and order changes
Customer Relationship & Reporting
  • Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Coordinate customer complaints, corrective actions, and follow-ups
  • Support customer audits, visits, and business reviews
  • Prepare sales, delivery, and customer performance reports
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering
  • 1–3 years of experience in manufacturing, marketing support, or order management
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes, logistics, and delivery workflows
  • Strong coordination, communication, and problem‑solving skills
