A leading retail establishment in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Marketing Executive for Administration & Operations. The role involves managing daily office activities, tracking marketing budgets, and coordinating with the Events team. Candidates should have a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related fields, possess at least 2 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in both English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential.
MARKETING EXECUTIVE - ADMIN & OPERATIONS (INTERMARK MALL) - Manage day-to-day office administration including maintaining proper filing and documentations, attendance records, claims, and office supplies.
Track marketing budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare reports including ageing, events activities, contests, and GWP campaigns.
Manage inventory, including vouchers and purchase-in-kind (PIK) items from promotions.
Prepare and process invoices to ensure timely payments.
Act as the main liaison point for the Marketing office and inter-departmental coordination.
Assist the Events team with licensing coordination, preparing door gifts and materials for events.
