Qualifications

Requirement
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin ishighly preferred, as XHS is a"Mandarin"platform.
  • In-depth knowledge of Xiaohongshu’s, Instagram and Facebook, user demographics, and content trends.
  • Experience in a marketing role, ideally within the beauty or fragrance sector (at least 1 year).
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Candidate possesses at least a SPM or above
  • Strong understanding of social media marketing, influencer marketing, and e-commerce.
  • Strong grasp on communication and writing skills for content creation and brand messaging.
Responsibility
  • Develop and execute a tailored marketing strategy for Xiaohongshu, Facebook and Instagram that aligns with the brand’s overall goals.
  • Plan and create platform-specific content (e.g., posts, videos, stories) that resonates with all platform's audience.
  • Manage influencer relationships, including contract negotiations, campaign briefings, and performance tracking.
  • Actively engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and user-generated content.
