A leading fashion company in Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead strategic planning and execution of marketing activities. Candidates should possess strong skills in brand management, budgeting, and digital marketing. Lead the development and execution of the Marketing Department’s strategic plan.
Ensure all marketing activities align with brand guidelines and enhance brand positioning.
Generate innovative ideas for promotional events, advertising, and brand activities.
Prepare, manage, and update marketing budgets and cost reports.
Review campaign cost-effectiveness and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
Evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns against KPIs and strategic objectives.
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.
Work closely with Principals, agencies, media partners, and vendors to ensure high-quality campaign execution.
Manage collaborations with mall management teams for web, social media, and joint marketing initiatives.
Liaise with consignment partners (e.g., Parkson, Sogo, etc.) for joint marketing activities.
Negotiate and secure optimal marketing exposure across various platforms.
Support retail operations by coordinating marketing support for outlets and promotions.
Oversee all digital marketing channels including website, social media, and media databases.
Review and improve existing digital marketing strategies to address gaps and drive results.
Ensure timely execution of communications, including SMS blasts and email marketing.
Collaborate with the Product Development and Merchandising teams on new product launches and unique selling points (USPs).
Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns at store level.
Conduct market research to track competitor activities and industry trends.
Provide insights and recommendations to maintain competitive advantage.
Provide copywriting, editing, and creative direction for marketing materials and content.
Develop marketing collateral that supports campaigns and brand storytelling.
Oversee customer service interactions across social media and marketplace channels.
Manage the company’s e-commerce platform to support online sales growth and digital presence.
