Position Summary

Are you passionate about marketing and excited by the fast-paced world of health & beauty? We’re a growing FMCG distribution company introducing international brands into Malaysia—and we’re looking for a Marketing Executive who’s eager to learn, grow, and make an impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Digital marketing savvy: Able to plan, implement and measure digital marketing incl. performance ads on META and TikTok
  • Execute campaigns: Support planning, coordination, and roll‑out of marketing campaigns and activations to drive visibility and sales.
  • Own marketing operations: Manage samples, testers, GWPs, and requisitions to support seamless execution of marketing activities.
  • Build promoter engagement: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, uniforms, and sales reporting to ensure strong performance in the field.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally: Work closely with sales, supply chain, and regional marketing teams to align on deliverables and timelines.
  • Support brand experiences: Assist with in-store activations, product launches, and events that bring campaigns to life.
  • Grow through mentorship: Partner with the Marketing Manager on projects that provide exposure to both local and regional strategies.
