Overview

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for supporting go-to-market activities for our group branding and portfolio of B2B brands. You’ll work with Group Marketing Manager and team to deliver impactful marketing campaigns, digital experiences, and on-ground activations that strengthen brand visibility and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, offline, events).
  • Track campaign performance and optimize for ROI, KPIs and lead quality.
  • Develop marketing content (social media posts, website copy, EDMs, brochures, press releases and ads). Assist in shaping brand storytelling and messaging improvements, guide content and visual direction.
  • Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual identity across all materials.
  • Manage social media accounts and content calendars. Execute paid digital ads across Meta, Google, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Support SEO/SEM strategies, website updates, and landing page optimizations.
  • Assist in planning and executing brand activations, launches, and events.
  • Coordinate logistics with partners, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Prepare event materials such as briefs, banners, speeches, and post-event reports.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities.
  • Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Work closely with design, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives.
  • Liaise with external agencies (PR, media, creatives) for campaign execution.
  • Support internal branding and corporate communications where required.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing, tech industry or startup/agile environment, with ability to lead smaller projects independently, mentoring junior teammates and managing vendors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and social media trends.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English; Mandarin/Malay is a plus.
  • Strong communication, copywriting, and project coordination skills.
  • Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
