Job summary

Responsibilities

Plan, initiate and implement efficient marketing strategies/special projects including but not limited to sales, branding and operation.

Organize and oversee launching activities of new outlets and products.

Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition ventures.

Initiate and conduct surveys to assess customer requirements and satisfaction, performing customer relationship management.

Maintain relationship with vendors to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.

Monitor progress of campaigns/projects using various metrics and submit reports of performance.

Coordinate and communicate with respective centers and mall management to ensure the marketing activities can be accomplished on time.

Undertake ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in marketing/advertising, business administration or relevant discipline.

Min 2 years similar experience.

Proven experience as marketing executive or similar role in event/roadshow or campaigns.

Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods.

Familiar with social media.

Excellent communication and people skills.

Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.

Creative and commercial awareness.

Able to work under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.

Flexible with working hours and working days, able to work during weekends and Public Holiday, when required.

Highly agile, willing to learn, communicate well, attention to detail, assertive, effective & fast pace.

Willing to travel, when required.

Possess own car preferably.

Required language(s); English and Multilingual. Need to liaise with multilingual speaking colleagues and clients to complete daily tasks.
