We’re looking for a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Marketing Executive or Head of Marketing to lead and oversee our overall marketing efforts. This role blends strategic oversight with creative execution — perfect for someone who thrives in both planning and content creation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the implementation of integrated marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Oversee all marketing operations, campaigns, and initiatives across all channels.
- Lead and mentor junior team members to drive performance and innovation.
- Analyze market trends and competitor insights to refine marketing approaches.
- Manage external collaborations with media, KOLs, influencers, and third-party agencies.
Content & Social Media Oversight
- Supervise and contribute to high-quality, engaging content creation — particularly for TikTok and other key platforms.
- Guide visual and written content to ensure consistency with brand identity and current trends.
- Oversee social media calendars, campaigns, and community engagement.
- Monitor analytics and KPIs to optimize content and campaign performance.
Execution & Support
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support business development, branding, and lead generation efforts.
- Coordinate and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and other marketing initiatives.
- Provide hands‑on support with copywriting, video direction, and content ideas where needed.
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree or Masters in Marketing, Communications and Business Administration.
- At least 5 years of Marketing experience, with leadership exposure.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, particularly TikTok and short‑form video platforms.
- Proven ability to create and manage viral, trend‑relevant content.
- Excellent communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, basic video editing, and SEO best practices.
- A self‑starter with a creative mindset and strong sense of ownership.
