Working Location

Based at the organization’s headquarters with potential travel to other sites as required.

Position Overview

The Marketing Executive supports the execution of marketing campaigns across the Asia PR&I Laboratory region. This role involves close coordination with the Marketing Manager, distributor partners, and internal stakeholders to manage campaign timelines, creative development, operational processes, and performance reporting. Strong attention to detail, organisational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple deliverables are critical to success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Campaign Management & Coordination:

    • Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns with distributors and partners.
    • Coordinate creative asset development, review processes, approvals, and timelines.
    • Assist in campaign performance tracking, ROI measurement, and preparation of summary reports.
  • Marketing Operations & Administration:

    • Manage end-to-end marketing operations including raising POs, reviewing invoices, and tracking payments.
    • Ensure timely and accurate tracking of OPEX, budgets, and weekly spend updates.
    • Liaise with internal teams to ensure marketing activities are aligned with overall strategy and budget.
  • Reporting & Data Management:

    • Update the Marketing Plan Master File on a weekly basis.
    • Ensure updates are completed by Week 2 of the second month of each quarter.
    • Update and cross‑check local budget files weekly with the M&O Lead’s Weekly Spend Status report.
    • Prepare launch and campaign reporting in accordance with requests and schedule.
    • Issue weekly spend status updates starting Week 5 of each quarter.
  • Performance Indicators (KPIs):

    • Timeliness and accuracy of weekly and quarterly Marketing Plan Master File updates.
    • Consistency and completeness of budget and spend tracking, including alignment with M&O Lead reports.
    • On‑time submission of all launch reports and campaign performance summaries.
    • Quality of reporting, ensuring data accuracy, clarity, and adherence to required formats.
    • Operational compliance, including meeting all prescribed process timelines.
    • Collaboration and responsiveness when working with internal stakeholders and distributor partners.
