Analyse customer needs, competitors’ products, and pricing strategies.

Sales & Business Development Support

Assist the sales team by generating leads and following up with potential clients.

Support in developing and executing sales strategies to meet targets.

Marketing Campaigns

Plan and implement promotional activities such as product launches, trade shows, and advertising.

Prepare marketing materials including brochures, presentations, and digital content.

Customer Relationship Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.

Handle customer inquiries and feedback to improve product offerings and service quality.

Reporting & Coordination

Prepare regular reports on marketing performance, sales progress, and competitor activities.

Coordinate with the sales coordinator, production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
