Job Title: Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing & Business development

Location: ASEM HQ, Cyberjaya, Selangor

Employment Type: Full‑Time

Responsibilities

Creative & Design

• Assist in designing marketing materials such as posters, brochures, banners, social media graphics, and presentations.
• Support in creating visual assets for digital campaigns, websites, and internal communications.
• Ensure all materials maintain consistency with brand identity and guidelines.
• Adapt existing designs for various formats and platforms.
• Contribute creative ideas and concepts during brainstorming or campaign planning sessions.

Social Media Content Creation

• Plan, create, and manage content (photo, video, and copy) for social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and XiaoHongShu (Redbook).
• Produce engaging visual and video content such as Reels and TikToks with creative captions and relevant hashtags.
• Handle photo, video, and copywriting tasks for events, campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Stay updated with social media trends, viral formats, and best practices to create relevant, shareable content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute monthly content calendars.

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist in executing digital marketing activities such as EDM, WhatsApp, and email blasts.
• Assist in preparing and distributing e‑newsletters, campaign announcements, and promotional material.

Supporting Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct research on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to support marketing strategies.
• Compile and analyze data to identify marketing opportunities and insights.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal reviews and campaign planning.
