A leading construction firm in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Marketing Department Assistant to support daily operations, including organizing materials and client communication. Responsibilities include preparing tender documents, coordinating client meetings, and managing expense claims. Support the Marketing Department in daily operations, including organizing marketing materials, project coordination, and client communication.
Gather, analyze, and compile market and industry information to support business development activities.
Assist in preparing tender documents, presentations, promotional materials, and marketing content.
Coordinate and support client meetings and other external activities.
Manage the department’s expense claims, including invoice collection, form submission, approval follow-up, and reimbursement tracking.
Maintain and update the customer database, prepare meeting minutes, and ensure proper document filing.
Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
