Job Responsibilities
  • Identify and generate new leads through research, networking, and outreach.
  • Prepare and present proposals to potential clients and partners.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis to support growth strategy.
  • Follow up on all business inquiries and leads within 2 working days.
  • Maintain accurate records of prospects and sales activities in CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Support events, client meetings, and partnership development initiatives
Job Requirements
  • Lead Generation: Generate a minimum of 5 new qualified leads per month through research, referrals, or outreach.
  • Proposal & Pitching: Prepare and present at least 3 business proposals or decks per month to potential clients or partners.
  • Lead Follow-Up: Follow up on 100% of business leads within 2 working days of contact or inquiry.
  • CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate and updated records of all prospects and activities in the CRM system.
  • Partnerships & Deals: Support the closing of at least 3 business deals or MOUs per quarter (with team or independently).
