As Marketing Communications Manager, you will own BJAK’s brand narrative across external and internal channels, ensuring every message strengthens our reputation, supports business growth, and aligns with our strategic direction. This is a highly visible role, working closely with senior leadership to shape how BJAK is perceived by customers, partners, media, and employees.
Own and execute BJAK’s marketing and corporate communications strategy across all external and internal channels, ensuring consistency in brand voice, messaging, and positioning.
Lead media relations and PR activities, managing relationships with journalists, media outlets, and PR agencies to secure high-impact coverage aligned with BJAK’s growth and milestones.
Develop and oversee key communications assets including press releases, media kits, executive messaging, talking points, and briefing materials.
Manage brand reputation and crisis communications, proactively identifying risks and coordinating timely, strategic responses to protect BJAK’s credibility.
Drive internal communications, including company-wide announcements, leadership messages, and updates that align teams with business priorities and foster transparency.
Lead communications for CSR, sustainability, and community initiatives, reinforcing BJAK’s role as a responsible and trusted digital platform.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Legal, and Leadership teams to ensure messaging supports commercial and organizational goals.
6+ years of experience in Marketing Communications, Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or External Affairs, preferably in Fintech, Technology, or Financial Services.
Strong track record of securing meaningful media coverage and managing relationships with business and industry journalists.
Experience handling crisis communications and navigating high-pressure or sensitive situations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives.
Experience preparing senior leaders for media interviews, public appearances, and stakeholder engagements.
Solid understanding of internal communications best practices and digital communication tools to drive employee engagement.
Lead communications for one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing digital platforms.
Shape BJAK’s brand, reputation, and narrative at a regional level.
Work closely with senior leadership on high-impact initiatives.
