A leading digital retailer in Malaysia seeks a Marketing Campaign Specialist to lead and execute B2C campaigns across various channels. We’re looking for organized, detail-driven Marketing Campaign Specialists to support and execute end-to-end B2C campaigns across our Website and Mobile App. If you enjoy fast execution, cross-team collaboration, and delivering campaigns that directly move revenue, this role is for you. We are hiring across seniority (Junior to Senior).
Lead Multi-Channel Campaigns: Plan, oversee, and execute B2C campaigns (Brand, Promotions, Acquisition) across Web, Mobile App, Email, Paid Ads, Social, and Partnerships.
Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Creative, Social, Product/Tech, CRM, and Production teams to ensure campaigns meet strategic objectives.
Strategic Asset & Content Oversight: Guide copywriting, artwork, and creative workflows to deliver high-quality campaign materials.
E-commerce & System Management: Oversee landing page updates, promo setups, and backend QA to ensure campaigns run smoothly.
Partner & Affiliate Strategy: Manage Media, Affiliate, and Brand Partnerships, optimizing campaign tracking and performance.
Project Planning & Quality Assurance: Set timelines, monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure all campaigns achieve high standards and measurable results.
Education & Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 1–4 years’ experience in B2C e-commerce or digital campaign execution.
Channel Knowledge: Hands-on experience with key digital channels (e.g., email, paid ads, social, CRM) and understanding of how they drive revenue.
Execution & Problem-Solving: Results-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines efficiently while overcoming execution challenges.
Collaboration: Strong communication and coordination skills to work effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
E-commerce Experience: Practical understanding of executing updates across e-commerce websites, marketplaces, and mobile apps.
Tech & Tools (Added Advantage): Experience with Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Canva, AI tools, CapCut, CRM platforms, or landing page builders.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel domestically for events and support campaigns during peak shopping periods.
