The role: Marketing Automation & Operations Lead. You’ll take over the executional layer of marketing from CRM segmentation and campaign logic to workflow automation and dashboard reporting. You’ll work directly with the Group CEO (who also leads Marketing) to transform strategy into structured, repeatable actions that scale.
