Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to drive revenue growth and brand awareness
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and target customer segments
  • Sales Management: Oversee the sales team, set targets, and monitor performance to achieve revenue goals
  • Digital Marketing: Manage online marketing efforts, including social media
  • Partnership Development: Build and maintain relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and local business for collaboration and promotions
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources
  • Event Coordination: Oversee promotional events, trade shows, matta fairs, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to adjust strategies accordingly
  • Team Leadership: Train and mentor the marketing and sales teams, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability
Qualifications
  • Degree in Science, Business, Marketing related discipline or higher.
  • Minimum 4~6 years marketing experience in FMCG industry preferred with the past 3 years in a managerial capacity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin Language will be an added advantage.
  • Possess strong leadership qualities, dynamic, result-oriented, resourceful in problem solving, reliable character with positive outlook and strong sense of commitment and discipline.
  • Able to work independently with minimal guidance.
