Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and capable Marketing Assistant Manager to support and lead key marketing initiatives for our dormitory services targeted at SMEs in Johor Bahru. This role requires strong market knowledge, proven experience in B2B service marketing, and solid industry connections within Johor’s service and manufacturing sectors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing strategies to promote dormitory services to SME and industrial clients
  • Support lead generation and client acquisition activities across various marketing channels
  • Maintain and grow client relationships, particularly within Johor’s service and manufacturing sectors
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional events, and outreach activities
  • Work with internal teams to prepare proposals, marketing content, and client communications
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and client needs
  • Track and report on campaign performance and assist in optimizing marketing efforts
  • Communicate professionally in both Chinese and English across all client interactions
Requirements
  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in dormitory services, facilities management, or B2B service industries
  • Familiarity with Johor’s service and manufacturing sectors and some existing contacts in the SME market preferred
  • Proven track record in marketing services to business clients
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese is necessary due to the nature of our client base and business operations.
  • Proactive, hands‑on, and able to work both independently and within a team
  • Willingness to travel locally within Johor for client meetings and events
Compensation
  • Competitive base salary + commission
  • Annual income starting from RM100,000, depending on experience and performance
