Job Summary:
The Marketing Assistant plays a key supporting role in the daily operations of the Marketing Department. This position assists the Marketing Manager in handling administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth execution of marketing projects, campaigns, and communication within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Marketing Manager in daily tasks, project coordination, and documentation.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain marketing files, reports, and records.
- Follow up with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely completion of marketing activities.
- Manage the marketing calendar and schedule — including campaign timelines, photoshoots, and events.
- Support in report compilation, such as sales data, campaign results, and promotional performance.
- Assist in proofreading, editing, and touching up presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Coordinate purchase requisitions, quotations, and payment documentation for marketing activities.
- Help manage marketing inventory, including samples, display materials, and POSM items.
- Provide personal assistance to the Marketing Manager, including scheduling meetings, preparing minutes, and follow‑up actions.
- Support ad‑hoc marketing duties and projects as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools.
- Detail‑oriented, proactive, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
