We are seeking a talented Marketing and Sales Executive to join our thriving team at Flitzipp Tech Sdn Bhd. In this full-time position based in Skudai, Johor, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's marketing and sales initiatives, contributing to the overall growth and success of the business.

What you’ll be doing

Plan, execute, and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

Plan, execute, and coordinate approach to new targeted customer.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance data to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.

Engage with customers through various communication channels to gather feedback and build brand loyalty.

Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive information to inform marketing decisions.

Assist in formulating strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.

Optimize online and offline advertisements to increase company project awareness and returns.

Provide creative ideas for social media posts and content.

Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.

Measure the performance of digital efforts weekly, monthly, and post-campaign.

Assist in developing and implementing comprehensive marketing plans to achieve brand objectives and sales targets.

Undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Establish and maintain strong business relationships with both existing and potential customers.

Identify and cultivate new markets while enhancing the performance of existing markets.

Executing strategic sales plans to drive revenue and meet sales targets.

Ensuring timely follow-up on customer orders and facilitating payment collection.

Undertaking additional tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Administration, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field from a recognized institution.

Preferred minimum of 1 year of experience in Digital Marketing and Sales

Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective audiences (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).

Proficiency in content creation tools and software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).

Excellent writing and editing skills.
