Job summary

Qualifications

  • Experience in customer service is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Comfortable working with chat-based communication.
  • Immediate availability will be prioritized.
  • Willing to work on a rotating weekend schedule and perform overtime when required.

Responsibilities

  • Handle daily communications with internal teams and external parties mainly via chat.
  • Provide accurate and updated information related to marketing activities.
  • Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders.
  • Coordinate approvals before forwarding requests to relevant teams.
  • Ensure documents and reports are prepared and shared on time.
  • Distribute finalized documents from internal teams to relevant parties.
  • Liaise with internal departments to support workflow and task completion.
  • Maintain a professional and detail-oriented approach.

Working Days / Hours: Monday to Friday; 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Salary: From RM3,000 + Monthly Performance Bonus + Flexi Claim + Year-End Bonus

  • Handle daily communications with internal teams and external parties mainly via chat, with occasional phone calls.
  • Provide accurate and updated information related to marketing activities, materials, or requests.
  • Maintain good working relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and ongoing collaboration.
  • Coordinate approvals and confirmations before forwarding requests or instructions to the relevant teams for execution.
  • Ensure required documents and reports are prepared, reviewed, and shared within agreed timelines.
  • Distribute finalized documents or updates from internal teams to the relevant parties.
  • Liaise closely with internal departments to support efficient workflow and task completion.
  • Maintain a professional, responsive, and detail-oriented approach at all times.
