Market Operations / Business Operations Executive

Responsible for market development of the company’s transportation platform, including upstream and downstream partner sourcing, onboarding of transportation companies, and expansion of new fleets.

Build, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with existing fleets and partners to enhance platform adoption, usage rate, and partnership stability.

Act as the key liaison between the platform and transportation companies / fleets, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across upstream and downstream stakeholders.

Monitor daily operational performance of fleets and partners on the platform, proactively identifying and resolving operational issues or exceptions to ensure smooth business operations.

Collect market and operational feedback from fleets and partners, and work closely with internal teams to support continuous improvement of platform features, processes, and service experience.

Coordinate with internal teams (e.g. operations, product, system, or support teams) to facilitate platform implementation, optimization, and ongoing operational improvements in transportation‑related business.

Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, Operations, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of working experience in market operations, business development, logistics, transportation, fleet management, or platform‑related operations is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the transportation, logistics, or fleet ecosystem, including experience working with transport companies, fleet owners, or drivers, will be an added advantage.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work closely with upstream and downstream partners as well as internal teams.
  • Able to handle daily operational issues, follow up on exceptions, and manage multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Self‑motivated, hands‑on, and willing to be involved in both market expansion and operational support work.
  • Possess own transportation and a valid driving license, and willing to travel for partner visits, fleet onboarding, and operational support when required.
