Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting strategic countries with all administrative tasks related to commercial activities. You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth.

In this role, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks as assigned.
  • Consolidate sales forecasts for promotional and sampling stocks according to project briefs.
  • Monitor and follow up on marketing executions, including POSM (Point of Sales Material) delivery and coordination with suppliers.
  • Liaise with external suppliers for quotations, confirmation of POSM types/designs, and allocation of promotional stocks and premiums.
  • Handle distributor claims, especially for key distributors and export customers, and update monitoring files for record-keeping.
  • Assist in managing and arranging export orders and shipments as needed.
  • Compile and update a variety of sales and operational reports to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including Export Sales, Marketing, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Service.
  • Develop strong analytical insights from data and highlight key points from reports.
  • Track and support premium/gift allocation related to marketing campaigns.
Qualifications
  • A degree in the related job field.
  • Those with 1 to 2 years of working exposure or experience in a similar role will have an advantage but not essential.
  • Willing to relocate to the job location.
