  • Monitor daily vessel movements and coordinate with port authorities, pilots, and agents.
  • Prepare for Port State Control and Class surveys.
  • Coordinate with ship management for efficient operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day marine operations.
  • Liaise with crewing department regarding sign-on/off and timecards.
  • Manage shipping operation documentation.

Overview

Monitor daily vessel movements and coordinate with port authorities, pilots, and agents to ensure smooth port calls and navigational safety. Prepare for Port State Control, Class surveys and close out observations promptly with relevant stakeholders. Work closely with Masters, Chief Officers, and Chief Engineers to ensure clear communication with all stakeholders for efficient operations. Oversee day-to-day marine operations to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Liaise with the crewing department regarding sign on/off, timecards, and medical crew. Handle documentation related to shipping operations.
