Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years experiences in manufacturing industry.
• Past Experiences as Maintenance Technician, Equipment Technician or Manufacturing/Process Technician is preferable.
• Knowledge of PLC systems and software debug skill are an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot process, material or equipment problems to minimize down time.
• Take responsibility for preventative maintenance procedures.
• Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to improve processes/product.
• Execute validation plans and compile data.
• Train and provide technical support to product builders.

Responsibilities

• Identify and troubleshoot process, material or equipment problems to minimize down time.
• Take responsibility for preventative maintenance procedures with an assigned process or area.
• Revise existing documents, processes, and/or methods to correct or improve processes/product.
• Execute validation plans and compile data.
• Assist in Value Improvement (VIP) and Employee Safety projects, implementing new equipment or processes or improving existing ones for cost savings.
• Collect data and perform basic statistical analysis for process characterization and scrap reduction goals.
• Work with departmental customers to improve material quality and delivery.
• Train and provide technical support to product builders
