Job summary

A leading technology company in Malaysia is looking for a Superintendent in Manufacturing Product Management. The successful candidate will serve as the primary factory contact for customers while leading the manufacturing team to address RFQs, manage audits, and drive quality reviews. Candidates must have at least 6 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage a group of engineers and technicians. Familiarity with the end-to-end manufacturing process is essential, and Mandarin skills are a plus.

  • Familiar with electronic products end-to-end manufacturing process.
  • Candidate with quality management experience is valued.
  • Good at communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary factory contact for customers.
  • Lead the manufacturing team in handling RFQ, MOH, capacity planning, and quality reviews.
  • Ensure the manufacturing team meets and exceeds customer requirements.
  • Drive internal improvement initiatives within the manufacturing team.

What you must have to apply this job:

Advantage for candidate who have technical background.

Candidate who have quality management experience is added value.

Good at communication and problem solving & have experience in management people as this position will handle a group of Engineers, Technicians & Quality Inspectors.

Mandarin communication skills are an added advantage to support coordination with stakeholders from Taiwan.
