A leading tech manufacturer in Johor is seeking a production engineer to optimize manufacturing processes and support new product introductions. The successful candidate will have at least a diploma in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, a solid background in manufacturing engineering, and proficiency in CAD software. The role requires tri-lingual communication skills for effective collaboration and offers a competitive salary range of RM6k to RM10k.

Qualifications

• Minimum diploma in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering.
• Solid background in manufacturing process engineering and product quality.
• Strong mechanical background to comprehend production tooling and processes.
• Proficient in CAD software, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office.
• Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Optimize production processes and SOPs; implement solutions and update instructions.
• Support audits by maintaining documentation.
• Measure and maintain cycle time and labor cost data.
• Update MBOM and production flow charts.
• Support new product mass production introduction.
• Drive EHS and JHA implementation and improve safety.
