Overview

Support and optimize end-to-end manufacturing processes for assembly, covering material handling, assembly, testing, and delivery. The Manufacturing / Process Engineer ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality production while driving continuous improvement, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and optimize assembly processes from material receipt through final delivery.
  • Provide hands-on support to production lines, troubleshooting real-time manufacturing and quality issues.
  • Define and maintain process flows, work instructions, SOPs, and line layouts for assembly operations.
  • Support material qualification, BOM accuracy, traceability, and resolution of incoming material issues.
  • Design, specify, and validate assembly tooling, fixtures, torque tools, and safe lifting solutions.
  • Lead process quality activities including PFMEA, control plans, and root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why).
  • Define and support in-process and end-of-line testing, including electrical, insulation, and functional tests.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, NPI support, and compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–10 years of experience in manufacturing or process engineering; electro-mechanical assembly experience preferred.
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting production lines and resolving shop-floor issues.
  • Knowledge of electrical safety, and manufacturing quality tools (PFMEA, control plans).
  • Good problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, safety-focused, and committed to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
