Qualifications

• Min 10 years hands-on experience in manufacturing industry with proven supervisory and management experience.
• Experience in handling high mix low volume manufacturing environments.
• Technical understanding of KAIZEN, LEAN manufacturing, ISO9001, and supply chain management.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational performance of the Manufacturing Division.
• Drive process improvement on machine Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE).
• Oversee planning and execution of manufacturing and distribution plans.
