Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Kulim is seeking a highly motivated Finance Manager to contribute to its success. In this role, you will manage general ledger matters, prepare monthly reports, and conduct analyses of production expenses. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with 8-10 years of finance/accounting experience, particularly in manufacturing. Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards and proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel are essential. This position is pivotal in driving financial strategy and supporting corporate budget preparation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS), taxation, and statutory requirements.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage all general ledger matters and perform month-end closing processes.
• Conduct monthly analysis of production waste, direct labor, and raw material usage.
• Compile monthly management reporting packages, including Profit & Loss (P&L) and balance sheet.
