Job summary

A food manufacturing company in Malacca is seeking a Finance & Accounts Executive to manage daily accounting operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include handling transactions, managing accounts payable/receivable, and preparing financial reports. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Finance or Accounting and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required, and Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in accounting, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Good understanding of bookkeeping, accounting principles, and taxation.

Responsibilities

• Handle and monitor daily accounting and finance transactions.
• Manage Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and cash flow.
• Ensure timely submission of statutory and financial reports.
