Overview

Responsibilities

Defines, leads manufacturing projects and initiatives into the Factory/area according to the factory priorities and ensures alignment between the Factory Leadership Team / Local Leadership Teams members; supports cross-fertilization of manufacturing best practices, knowledge, standards and improvements across the factories.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates with less than 1 year of working experience.
• CGPA of 3.2 and above.
• A great team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Interest in having hands-on experience in the FMCG industry.
• Able to commit for a minimum of 12 months.
