The role involves defining and leading manufacturing projects and initiatives within the Factory/area according to factory priorities, ensuring alignment with the Factory Leadership Team / Local Leadership Teams. It also supports the cross-fertilization of manufacturing best practices, knowledge, standards, and improvements across factories.
