As a Manufacturing Engineering & Carrier Excellence Manager, you will have a unique opportunity to lead manufacturing excellence initiatives across a regional footprint, driving lean transformation, digitalization and automation in a high‑impact environment. With exposure to cross‑functional teams and strategic projects, the position supports process improvement, capital planning and Carrier Excellence (Cx) deployment. The role leads a dynamic team and engages in high‑value projects, offering strong career development pathways within a global organization.

Role Responsibilities
  • Lead & drive factory process improvements, lean manufacturing, productivity gains and cost reduction initiatives in line with business goals.
  • Support new product introductions with process readiness while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Develop and sustain standard work and PMEA.
  • Plan capability and manage capital expenditure projects (PIP).
  • Drive digital transformation and factory automation to enhance efficiency.
  • Deploy Carrier Excellence (Cx) system across manufacturing operations to foster continuous improvement & operational excellence.
  • Lead Kaizen events & execute lean transformation plan (LTP).
  • Foster a strong Cx culture and promote the use of Cx tools throughout the organization.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or equivalent).
  • Minimum 5‑7 years of experience in manufacturing/ process engineering or continuous improvement roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (e.g., value‑stream mapping, cell design, standard work, improvement events).
  • Experience in capital project planning & execution, new product introduction & leading Kaizen events.
  • Strong analytical, problem‑solving and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with digital manufacturing tools and automation experience is a strong value‑add.
