Epsilon Medical Devices Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Kamunting, Perak. As a full-time role, you will play a crucial part in optimising our production processes and enhancing the efficiency of our Mechanical Engineering operations.

What you'll be doing

• Designing, developing and implementing manufacturing processes and procedures to improve productivity and quality
• Analysing production data and identifying opportunities for process improvements
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to address manufacturing challenges and achieve operational excellence
• Developing and maintaining standard operating procedures and work instructions
• Providing technical support and training to production staff
• Ensuring compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Participating in the planning and execution of new product introductions

What we're looking for

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably in the medical devices industry
• Proficient in process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions
