Job summary

A well-established manufacturing company in Johor, Malaysia is seeking an experienced CFO to lead financial strategy, strengthen governance, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will be ACCA qualified with strong leadership experience in finance, preferably in a public listed company. Responsibilities include managing operational costs, overseeing statutory reporting, and ensuring effective capital management. The role requires high integrity and excellent communication skills at the board level.

Qualifications

• ACCA qualified (mandatory).
• Senior finance leadership experience in a public listed company preferred.
• Manufacturing/export industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial strategy, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Manage operational costing, margin analysis, and cost control.
• Oversee statutory reporting and corporate governance.
• Manage capital structure, financing, and cash flow.
• Lead finance team and strengthen internal controls.
