Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Multimedia Design, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum 2 to 3 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience, ideally within F&B, retail, or lifestyle sectors.

Strong creative sense with working knowledge of design principles, branding, and content strategy.

Familiar with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with email marketing tools and CMS platforms is a plus.

Highly organized, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple brands and design directions across various channels.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Job Overview

We are seeking a Graphic Designer cum Content Creator Executive with a strong creative eye to lead and execute digital campaigns that enhance brand presence across multiple business verticals, including B2B, retail, and F&B.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement creative digital marketing strategies across platforms (social media, email, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and paid ads).
  • Lead the visual and content direction for multiple in-house brands across diverse categories (e.g. F&B, lifestyle, and retail).
  • Design, oversee, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.) with clear KPIs and ROI tracking.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, content creators, and video editors to produce engaging visuals, creatives, and campaign assets.
  • Analyze website and social media metrics, and adjust strategies to improve engagement and conversions.
  • Drive e‑commerce campaign planning and liaise with marketplace teams when necessary.
  • Support brand storytelling through cohesive visuals, short videos, and influencer/content creator collaborations.
  • Conduct competitor research and keep up with digital design trends and platform algorithm changes.
