Job summary

A leading outsourcing company in Johor Bahru is seeking a QA Analyst to conduct data analysis and quality assurance evaluations. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree, have at least 1 year of QA experience in a call center, and be proficient in both English and Cantonese. Candidates who can start immediately are preferred. This position requires working on a rotational shift pattern over 5 working days.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as QA in a call center.
• Candidate must be able to work on rotational shifts (3 shifts / 5 working days).
• Must have proficiency in English & Cantonese in terms of writing, reading, and speaking.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause and other data analysis.
• Conduct QA evaluations per client requirements and provide QA progress reports.
• Act as an escalation point of contact for process questions and resolutions.
• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for QA evaluations.
• Participate as project team member in problem prevention and continuous improvement projects.
