工作职责 / What You’ll Be Doing
  • 处理客户的来电、外呼及电邮,提供准确及时的信息, 包括与旅行及航空相关的咨询
    Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing accurate and timely information, including enquiries related to travel and airlines.

  • 以专业且具同理心的方式回应客户的询问与投诉
    Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.

  • 识别客户需求并提供解决方案,或将复杂问题升级至相关部门
    Identify customer needs and provide solutions, or elevate complex issues to the relevant team.

  • 维护客户互动记录,并根据需要进行跟进
    Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required.

  • 通过反馈流程和程序,协助团队持续改进
    Participate in continuous improvement by providing feedback on processes and procedures.

  • 积极参与团队会议与培训,不断提升技能
    Actively participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance your skills.

  • 精通中文及英文,具备良好的沟通能力
    Proficient in Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and handle English-based communications as required.

  • 有客户服务或呼叫中心工作经验者优先(欢迎无经验申请)
    Previous customer service or call center experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome).

  • 具备良好的问题解决与批判性思维能力
    Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.

  • 热衷于提供卓越客户体验,并真诚帮助他人
    Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service with a genuine desire to help others.

  • 能适应快节奏的工作环境,并具备团队合作精神
    Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

  • 学历要求:SPM, UEC, O-Level 或以上
    Minimum qualification: SPM, UEC, O-Level or higher.

  • 工作时间:24/7 轮班制 – 每周工作 5 天
    Work schedule: 24/7 shift rotation – 5 working days per week.
