  • Ability to work rotational shifts (5-day work week, no night shift), including weekends and public holidays.
  • Willingness to relocate to Johor in March or May 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
  • Provide accurate information, solutions, and assistance to customers.
  • Resolve customer concerns with empathy, patience, and professionalism.
  • Record and update customer interactions accurately in the system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet performance targets and service level agreements.
  • Maintain a positive, customer-centric attitude at all times.
